Toucan villa is a cozy villa with a million dollar 360 degree view of Lake Arenal, Santa Elena Island, Rolling hills, Arenal Volcano and Tenorio Volcano. This is a private hideaway villa overlooking lake Arenal located only 20 minutes away from the beautiful city of Tilaran. This villa offers two bedrooms, one bathroon and a wide spacious 180 degree deck overlooking majestic Lake Arenal. It has a small pool where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Arenal and the sorrundings green panorama.

The property is located near Jungle Resort hotel where you can go to play pickleball, pool, tennis or simply enjoy the entertaiment of their live music evenings. 

The city of Tilaran has a popullation of approxitately 9000 residents and you can find medical services, drugstores, movie theater, restaurants, church, schools, banks, municipal market, municipality, coffee shops, racing track, the park of the wind (tourist attraction) and much more. 

The famous tourist towns of  Monteverde and La Fortuna are located only one hour drive from the property.

You can also enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, skate boarding, pattle boarding, pantoon boat rides, catamaran tours all the way to the Arenal volcano and practice kayacking. There are several companies that rent equipment and offer boat rides on Lake Arenal. 

The access road to the Villa is challenging so you must have a 4x4 vehicule to make your drive safe. Part of the access road to the villa has concrete road strips but high up it is only a grass path to access the property.
