At Serena, each lot has 5,000 m² (1.24 acres) of flat land to breathe, move, play, plant, and build. The masterplan honors the shape of the land, ensuring privacy, sunlight, and organic flow.
Ammenities and Common Areas
Serena implements a system with optional shared spaces, such as a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and various sports courts through a separate optional membership. There are no HOA fees.
Location
SERENA is in San Mateo, on a paved road (very easy access), just minutes from Alegría Village, Ecovilla, and Ecovilla San Mateo. Right between Esparza and San Mateo, with quick access to Route 27. Only 1 hour from San José, and 40 minutes from the Pacific coast.
